PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY LEAD - ADULT SOCIAL CARE
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Performance and Quality Lead in Adult Social Care.
You will play a valuable role in supporting service improvement and demonstrating that our services are helping to improve outcomes for residents.
You will lead on the development of performance management and assurance arrangements across adult social care. You will thrive on working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve solutions.
You will provide leadership and direction to the team’s data analyst(s) and develop performance reports and insight for a range of purposes to support continuous improvement in practice and service delivery.
