We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced room leader for our Baby Room. Candidates will have experience in leading practice in a team and of working with children under 2 years of age.
We are a close knit team within a large Children's Centre Nursery, and have just achieved our third Outstanding grading in a row from Ofsted. We are committed to making a difference to the children and families we work with. Our vision: Creative, inclusive and passionate in everything we do.

The post will be shared with another member of staff who works 15 hours, and covers Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We offer Room Leader training to support new candidates in working to our ethos and job description.
24.5 hours (Salary pro rata)
