A vacancy has arisen to join the Council’s busy Nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour Team as caseworker.
The position will involve managing a portfolio of cases and working effectively with partners to provide appropriate support and interventions to resolve neighbour disputes and anti-social behaviour problems.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to influence others and manage conflicting perspectives.
Knowledge of systems thinking and previous experience of dealing with anti-social behaviour would be helpful.
The job involves lone working and some early evening work, and you will need to have access to a suitable vehicle to carry out home visits.
Satisfactory clearance of Disclosure and Barring check will be a condition of employment.
