This is an exciting opportunity to take on the role of being a Customer Service Supervisor at a busy T1 library within a thriving community.
You will be responsible for the delivery and promotion of all frontline services in Hemel Hempstead Library, including the UKVCAS service, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. You will actively supervise the team, including managing of staff appraisals, timetabling, training and development.
You will also support outreach and promotional activities within the community and the ambitions of the Inspiring Libraries Strategy.
