Reporting to the Assistant Business Manager - Financial Services, you will lead a small team which deals with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Management, Payroll, Corporate Debt Collection and Strategic Business Rates.
The Council is seeking an excellent communicator, with a good working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite as well as experience of specialised financial software including payroll, you will be able to interpret complex financial information and produce reports within strict deadlines. Experience of managing a diverse team, from the range of disciplines above is essential for the role.
