An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join the Medway Council team within the Sport, Leisure, Heritage and Tourism Service. This is a great chance to gain the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 whilst working for the team that provide the sport, leisure, heritage and tourism facility services within Medway
As part of this role you can expect to undertake the following tasks:
- Customer Service
- Responding to simple queries via telephone or email
- Operating till systems
- Stock sales
- Meeting customers and dealing with needs
- Updating of systems
- Email inbox monitoring
- Maintenance of database
- Supporting wider centre staff to operate facility
Ideally you will have good communication and interpersonal skills, combined with competent IT skills, accurate data entry along with a good attention to detail. However we are happy to support you to reach those goals if you are highly motivated and have the desire to learn and succeed.
