Lancaster City Council are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as part of the Visitor Information Centre Team based at Lancaster and Morecambe Visitor Information Centres. You will provide a comprehensive information service to visitors to make the most of their visit to the District, and helping residents make the most of where they live.
An in-depth knowledge of the area is essential as well as an interest in the requirements of visitors and residents. You should be a team player, have excellent communication skills, and have a high level of ICT skills.
This is a casual post, there are no fixed hours and hours worked will be variable You will be available to work weekends, Bank Holidays when required and occasional evening work.
This post is based at both Lancaster and Morecambe Visitor Information Centres depending on rota requirements.
