Customer Services Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team working from home and in our Grantham office. The role will require working over a range of channels such as phones and emails to offer excellent customer services to the residents and businesses in the South Kesteven District. If your passion and drive is supporting others by learning to deliver council services, this is the job for you.
The role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to establish a career in Customer Services who is also keen to learn and support our residents in accessing services online.
