This role will provide a professional, proactive, customer-focused service within a fast-paced, technology-driven 24/7 Operations Centre.

The new state-of-the-art Operations Centre oversees areas including (but not limited to) borough-wide CCTV monitoring and surveillance, Out of Hours telephone call handing, Responder services, Alarms monitoring and management, CycleHubs management, manned security, loan worker solution, remote door access, key holding, Met Police liaison and provision of body worn cameras and radios.

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual with demonstrable skills in managing a busy and demanding CCTV Operations Centre and being responsible for our Critical Incident Management Service. The post-holder will need to have relevant qualifications and/or experience.

In line with the newly cabinet approved and innovative CCTV 2020-2025 strategy, the successful candidate will lead, develop and maintain an effective Borough-wide CCTV Operations Centre, utilising the latest technology to monitor, evaluate and review the effectiveness of CCTV and other service initiatives.

The post-holder will:
