The Role:
The governing body are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, professional and team-orientated person to the exciting role of School Business Manager for this wonderful school. This is a senior leadership position and you will be working closely with the Head Teacher, Senior Leadership team and School Governing Body.

What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will have preferably worked within a school position but not essential. This role is a permanent opportunity and would suit someone who is looking for the chance to join a welcoming team, working within a busy school environment. You will need to have qualifications and experience as a school business manager, accountancy, business management, public administration or human resources.
In this role, you would be responsible for providing professional leadership and management of school support staff with overall responsibility for Finance, HR, Facilities Management and IT. You would be expected to support the Governors and Leadership Team which may include budgeting, invoicing and liaising with school staff and external agencies. The role will also involve bidding for funds.
