We are investing in our ICT Client Team and we are looking for candidates with a passion for delivering transformational change and with the vision and ability to work effectively with teams across the Council to extend our deployment of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) technology to bring efficiencies and improvements to the way we work
Your new role – RPA Officer (Robotic Process Automation) Grade H
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to work within a small team to recommend, design and implement RPA technology to improve business processes across the organisation. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a key transformation programme in order to achieve excellent value for money across the Council’s spend.
What you’ll need to succeed
Formal training in RPA is not essential as this will be provided , but we are looking for a candidate who has prior experience in business redesign with a high level of digital confidence and adept in the use of ICT resources and programmes.
You will require excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to organise and plan your own work, you will have excellent problem solving and numeracy skills and be able to deliver a high degree of accuracy in your work with excellent attention to detail
