Post: Part-time Post Room Assistant Ref: PRA
Salary: 9,350.64 – 18 hours per week
We are looking for a new team member to join our busy print and post team for 18 hours per week. The hours can be worked flexibly but must be spread over 5 days, Monday to Friday.
This job involves working within a small, hardworking team, so flexibility and working well with others is key, whilst offering good customer service to members of the public and other members of staff.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Sorting and scanning incoming post
- Franking and sorting outgoing post
- Machine and hand inserting bills daily
- Helping members of public with enquiries
- Receiving parcels and notifying recipients
- Helping the Print Room with finishing when time allows
We will provide full training so attitude, application and working well within a team are more important that previous experience
