We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our small, friendly team administering the Council’s housing repairs service and supporting the repairs team.
You will have experience in housing, repairs or a similar setting. Your role will include handling enquiries and using various software packages to raise orders, book appointments and process invoices. You will be confident operating with minimal direction, balancing competing priorities and responding to situations quickly. You will be customer-focussed and able to demonstrate effective communication skills when contacting our residents, operatives and suppliers by telephone and email.
