About the Role:
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Human Resources Officer in our HR Operations Team. This is a dynamic role in which you will provide a professional HR service to our customers, including advice and guidance to managers and employees in relation to HR policies and procedures. You will support the delivery of strategic Departmental HR priorities, providing advice and support in implementing and managing organisational change, including restructures, job role design and redeployment of employees. You will support HR related projects that enable the Council to deliver its service priorities to drive change and improvement throughout the organisation.
About the candidate:
We are looking for a determined and committed HR professional (achieved or working towards CIPD level 3) who can bring vision and a drive to make things happen. You will have experience of working in a human resources environment, providing HR advice and experience of working on HR projects. You will have effective interpersonal skills and will relish building positive relationships. Above all, you'll be passionate about delivering an excellent HR service and delivering fantastic things for our employees and residents.
