The council has revolutionised the way it engages its customers and partners. We require your trained eye for detail and sound understanding of the way council’s work. Reporting to the Service Lead: Communications, you will be a key player in a busy, friendly team creating clear and customer friendly communications. You work to a high standard of accuracy and quality and understand the need for different tones for different audiences. You’ll also be working with our senior politicians and management teams to proactively build stories and respond to incoming media enquiries.
Articulate, upbeat and professional to the core, you’ll be a key player in this evolving team at the heart of the busy council during an exciting period of change.
