About the role
Our ambition is to provide the best possible service to our residents and stakeholders, to ensure we continue doing this the new role of Quality Assurance Monitoring Officer has been created.
The post will be based in the Highways & Parking team, reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) and will be part of a forward-looking, experienced, and supportive team.
The role is designed to develop and deliver specialist support/advice for our parking services team, looking at a broad range of different services and external contractors, analysing data connected to these services, and subsequently identifying areas that need improvement. The role will play a key role in assisting performance of various teams across parking services, collating data, and reports to the QAM. The role will also deal with high-level correspondence and responses concerning MPs, councillors, and members of the public/media requests.
About you
The role will assist the QAM in reviewing individual service areas to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and council policies. The role will work with other team members including, but not limited to the Head of Parking to improve and develop the service areas according to industry standards and will deliver on improvements as and when needed.
