The Property Management Team within the Council's Assets Service is responsible for a wide range of professional functions including commercial property management, landlord and tenant matters, disposals and valuations for a wide range of purposes.
Reporting to the Principal Estates Surveyor and supported by technical staff, the Council is seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor who will be responsible for the management of a diverse property portfolio including retail, office, educational and leisure assets.
Whilst MRICS status is desireble, applications from experienced candidates and those in the latter stages of the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) would also be welcomed.
The successful candidate will have access to an excellent training and development programme.
