Elmbridge’s Asset Management and Property Services team is recruiting, and we need an experienced and committed person to help us make a difference; we need you!
The maintenance and compliance work is varied and will include, managing a five-year condition survey programme for all our property, as well as actively promoting a sustainable approach to building maintenance and increasing the energy efficiency of our property portfolio.
You will be joining an organisation that provides a good pension (in addition to your contributions the council contributes 17.1 % of your pay), hybrid working, and your birthday day off!!
