About the role
Are you looking for an interesting, constantly evolving and rewarding role? We are looking for organised, professional and compassionate people to work on our Contact Centre and Admin Hub for Homes for Ukraine scheme in East Sussex.
The Ukraine Contact Centre and Admin Hub answers general enquiries regarding the Homes for Ukraine scheme, as well as providing information, advice and signposting. These can vary from everyday enquiries to more complex work that require further investigation, information gathering, action or escalation. In addition, the team handles complex administrative tasks to help us deliver key services and projects to support our Ukrainian guests and their hosts.
You will need to be highly skilled in customer service, personal communication (written and verbal) and have excellent administrative skills. You will be confident, professional and proactive in communicating with people as well as managing and processing data and information. You will be supported by a team who are committed to providing a high quality service through Homes for Ukraine scheme and supporting our guests and hosts to have a positive experience of the scheme.
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
Due to the restrictions we cannot guarantee that individuals that meet the requirements of the Points-based Immigration System will be issued with clearance to obtain work permits.
