We're looking for experienced and motivated staff to support our residents at the Triangle Resource Centre. As a Care Worker, you will be expected to support and encourage people with learning disabilities to meaningfully participate in activities to better develop their life and independent skills. Taking a genuine interest in our residents you will be responsible for protecting their welfare and ensuring they are safeguarded from harm at all times. To be successful in this role, you need to be confident and adaptable, good with completing paperwork, proactive in thinking and planning ahead, reliable, flexible and focused on achieving positive outcomes for the residents. You'll need to be experienced in supporting people with learning and physical disabilities and/or other complex needs in a person-centred way and hold a relevant qualification.
