Salary Grade 4, SCP 5 – 6 Actual salary £19,650 – £20,043 based on a 37 hour working week, term time only plus INSET days

Fixed term contract linked to SEN funding

Adelaide Heath Academy is a special school for pupils aged between 8 – 16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs based in Knutsford. We are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant, working on a 1:1 basis, who is committed to improving the outcomes and life chances of young people with complex special educational needs, and who has the ability to inspire pupils to achieve their full potential. Must be able to build positive relationships and manage pupils’ behaviour effectively within a classroom environment. An ability to be proactive, resourceful and energetic is essential.
