The starting salary for this role is £45,734 per annum (pay award pending), working 36 hours per week.

Our newly redesigned workforce is integral to achieving our aims and ambitions and we are looking for a Senior Project Specialist to complete our Change Management team.
Reporting to the Head of Change Management you will support the Pensions Senior Leadership Team to deliver the projects needed to meet the Surrey Pension Team’s change priorities.
The prime responsibilities in this role will be to work collaboratively across the Pension Team to help define project deliverables ensuring all projects produce the required outcome to the agreed standard of quality. A key requirement for this role will be the need to support the delivery of continuous improvement to enable the Pension Teams to continue to evolve whilst maintaining the ability to deliver a first-class customer experience.
Your ability to demonstrate our Vision and Mission and work within a “one pensions team” culture is crucial to our success. Working with a high level of independence and initiative to manage the portfolio of projects is crucial. The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders to aid in the delivery of these initiatives is also key.
Taking a holistic whole Pensions Team approach will drive opportunities for all staff to increase their career opportunities by broadening experience across the whole of the Pension service.
