We are looking to recruit a Level 2 Customer Service Apprentice to work within The Economy Team at North Somerset Council, providing support to our residents, Internal teams, and stakeholders within the region.
Working within the Economy Team and contributing to a variety of projects including Employment and Skills, Inward Investment and Business Support, you will also have support from peers, some of whom have completed their Apprenticeships or are working towards completion.
The post holder will undertake a range of tasks including maintaining & developing, databases, implementing key admin tasks, data processing and helping our team deal with the wide variety of queries and requests that we receive daily.
The successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a minimum of 5 GSCE grade C passes, (including Maths and English) and excellent IT skills. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working within a team, are able to use their own initiative and are keen to undertake Customer Service a level 2.
