We are looking to appoint a part-time, permanent Administration Assistant

This role acts as the first point of contact for members of the public, and other bodies making enquiries about licensing matters.  It supports two Licensing Officers in the efficient processing of licenses for Taxis (driver, operator & vehicles) and other routine licence applications. 

The ideal candidate should have the ability to learn and retain information quickly, be an excellent communicator, with great organisational skills.   The work must be delivered within statutory time frames and to a high standard of accuracy.
