The Role:

This is a new role that will join our Special Education Needs Team.  This role will work with parents/carers to support their child’s attendance, access and learning and supporting the home to school links.  Also working with SEND students to provide bespoke support plans for each individual student according to their needs and engaging them to reach their full potential.  This role will engage with a number of stakeholders to develop, implement and monitor activities and programmes that will address students responses and needs.

The successful applicant will be passionate, organised and looking to make a difference to students’ lives that may need support to achieve their very best outcomes.

This role is a term time only position, the core hours of work are 7.50-2.20pm daily (30 hours per week), with full time hours as 7.30 – 3.30pm.   

Previous experience is not necessary training will be given where needed
