Making a difference at St Helens as a Team Manager in Youth Justice.
Joining us as a Team Manager in Youth Justice means you will provide expertise commensurate with your role, experience and grade acting as invaluable resource to the team and department working in a diverse, challenging and rewarding environment. In this varied role You will help drive positive change and improve outcomes for children and their families by taking a whole family approach. St Helens YJS has undergone a whole service restructure to refocus its resources and to enable the team to deliver targeted and innovative interventions that are restorative, trauma informed and that adopt the ‘child first, offender second’ ethos. We are looking for a manager that will embed this culture within the service and help develop practice across the wider partnership.
