Rough Sleeper Solution Officer
The Housing Advice and Benefits Team provides support to those who are at risk of homelessness, are homeless or need help to pay their rent and council tax.
In addition, the team provides support to those who are currently rough sleeping or at risk of rough sleeping.
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative person to work with rough sleepers and those at risk of rough sleeping with the aim of supporting them into accommodation via our Rugby Housing Pathway and then into longer term accommodation.
In addition to experience of providing both accommodation-based support and wellbeing support to clients, you will also need to have a commitment to deliver service improvement and put clients truly at the centre of what we do in line with our CANDO values.
