An exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable and flexible Senior Care Co-Ordinator to lead the team at the Leah Manning Adult Day Centre. You will support the Service and Contracts Manager in ensuring a high quality service is delivered and building regulations adhered to.
You will be responsible for the day to day service delivery supervising the team to enable them to fulfil their role.
You should have:
- A sound working knowledge of the needs of older people and experience of working within a similar role
- Experience of supervising a diverse staff group
- Experience of the needs of elderly/disabled/vulnerable people
- A proven track record of working within a pressurised, customer focused environment, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically at all levels
You will possess good administration and IT skills and demonstrate the ability to work within a busy and demanding environment. A qualification in care or a related subject would be advantageous.
A driving licence and access to a car or other satisfactory means of transport is essential for the role.
You may on occasion be required to work outside of normal working hours.
