Employment & Training Advisor x2

Fixed Term until 31 December 2022.

Knowsley Works supports unemployed local residents to obtain employment, training and/or education, and is currently delivering the European Social Fund (ESF) ‘Ways to Work’ programme alongside other Merseyside authorities.

The postholder will deliver employment related information and guidance to meet the needs of customers, and assist the direct line manager, and overall IAG Coordinator in the provision of services.

Applicants must have previous experience of providing services delivering employability information and guidance to a range of customers. Hold NVQ Level 3 in employment guidance field, or equivalent relevant qualification.
