Tenancy Sustainment Officer (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will work within the specialist Rental Income Team who are responsible for managing the rent accounts and sustaining tenancies for circa 2,600 residents who have a council residency. This will include visiting residents at home and liaising with internal and external agencies.
The role will require the ability to complete income and expenditure assessments and identify where there are unclaimed benefits.
Knowledge of welfare benefits will be desirable.
