About the role
We are recruiting a Performance Analyst to support the Learning Disability Management Team in developing, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of performance across a range of different services, across East Sussex.
The services we deliver to adults with a learning disability relies on the crucial support from all our back office management roles, including this role and will be essential in continuing to deliver high quality services and ultimately to support adults with a learning disability to live their best life.
As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for the development, co-ordination, and delivery of performance reporting systems across the county, alongside the delivery of performance reports at a senior management level. You will have the flexibility to implement new procedures and systems to enhance the smooth running of the performance reporting functions across Services, supported by the Administration Management Team. The Performance Analyst will be supervised by the Head of Service and work closely with the Learning Disability Senior Management Team.

The role requires excellent computer skills, great organisational and analytical skills the ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills.

Salary: £ 30,112 - £ 32,527 (£15.56 – £16.90 per hour)

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
