The CTPLD/CTASD is a great team to work in with a shared ethos, mutually supportive and a positive team dynamic. We work with others across the service to draw on specialist knowledge and support.

Located in the South East, Bracknell Forest is a small and friendly unitary authority in Berkshire, just 28 miles west of London, close to Reading and mid-way between the M3 and M4 corridors. You will be supported to carry out the following duties, responsibilities, and training...

  1. To develop and implement outcome focused, person centred support plans to enable individuals to meet their goals and achieve greater independence.
  2. To develop and support a wide range of socially inclusive activities for the people using the service.
  3. To work within BFC policies and procedures.

You will be provided with a laptop and a mobile phone to enable remote working.
