Apprentice Customer Service Advisor
Andover, September start
37 hours per week, 18 month Fixed Term Contract
Looking to develop yourself further and kick-start your career? We have an opportunity in our busy Customer Services Team were you’ll be working alongside experienced colleagues to gain valuable skills whilst also studying for an NVQ in Customer Services. You’ll also have a mentor to support you in settling into the Council and your studies.
Along with neighboring Councils, we are part of the Hampshire Apprentice Partnership and have developed a training program to provide an alternative learning journey to college. Outside of the day job, you will work with other apprentices on small projects and take part in courses to develop your skills in communication, first aid, project management, personal resilience and presentations.

- Ideally have 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent (but if you’ve not achieved these we will support you to achieve them).
We offer a competitive salary of £6.24 per hour, and after completing your first year, this will increase to £6.76 per hour or the national minimum wage (whichever is greater). You’ll also receive excellent benefits such as;
