We have an exciting opportunity to join our highly professional and successful Building Control Team.

You will be an experienced Building Control Officer with professional membership of CABE or RICS.  You should also be a good communicator with a forward thinking enthusiastic attitude, highly motivated, innovative and customer-orientated.  

Crucial to your role will ensure that our service users maintain compliance with building control regulations.  You’ll carry out plan evaluations, undertake site visits, and provide effective advice to the service’s users.

There are opportunities to develop skills and take part in formal and informal personal development.
