Your role in our journey
As a highly committed and motivated individual you will lead, manage and develop a network of Family Centres within a designated locality, ensuring that effective integrated services are provided to families and children across the 0-25 years age range, on a targeted basis which improves outcomes.
Taking a leading role in developing new models of integrated service delivery, sharing best practice, and promoting and implementing projects you will plan and evaluate services through an appropriate Self Evaluation Framework (SEF) within the locality to ensure the Local Authority is able to demonstrate effectively that it is meeting all relevant legislative, regulatory and statutory requirements in relation to services for children and families (0-25 years).
What you’ll need
Your communication skills, flexible approach and flair for building relationships will really set you apart.
Alongside a Level 6 qualification in a related field, you will have considerable and proven experience of delivering integrated services on a universal and targeted basis within a constantly changing environment.
You will have proven and considerable experience of managing childcare and/or sessional care in accordance with current and relevant curricula, frameworks and statutory and legislative requirements with considerable experience of managing diverse staff teams across disciplines and geographical locations.
