Team Leader or a Teacher working towards a Team Leader position with a preference for working in Early Years
Salary Scale: MPR/UPR + TLR for Team Leader responsibility

We are looking for a candidate who:
- enjoys learning and has excellent teaching skills
- can think and plan strategically and is an effective communicator
- can support, challenge and motivate staff
- will be an active member of the SLT and will make a positive contribution to SLT meetings and wider school improvement
We are a 3 form entry school with 10 classes, including a Nursery class, and 50 staff. Our current NOR is 322.
The school is organised into 3 teaching and learning teams – Foundation Stage, Year 1 and Year 2. Each team has a minimum of 3 teachers plus a number of highly trained support staff.
The school already has established team leaders in Key Stage 1 so a candidate who would be keen to work in Early Years, at least initially, would be ideal.
The school is part of the Whitley Excellence Cluster, a group of schools working collaboratively together with great success.
