Starting salary: JG3:- £19,650 per annum pro rata
Location: Based in the Campus, Weston-super-Mare

The Campus Facilities Management Committee require a clerk to administer Committee and Sub Committee meetings.
Working to the Committee Chair the role will involve attending meetings, taking and producing minutes and distributing agendas, minutes and reports to all members of the Committee(s). It will also involve receiving and communicating apologies and coordinating additional/re arranged meetings.
Committees, likely to include:
Campus Facilities Management Committee - 3 Times per year
Campus Finance Committee - 3 Times per year
Campus Health and Safety Committee - 3 Times per year
IT skills are essential and an understanding of the role of a committee would be desirable.
A total of 6 hours will be allowed per meeting.
Additional/extraordinary meetings may also require the Committee Administrator to be available
