Salary: Starting salary £15,333.00
Hours: 37 hours per week to include attendance at Eastleigh College on Tuesday evenings 17:30 – 21.30 hours
Location: Winchester City Council, Colebrook St, Winchester SO23 9LJ
1 day a week working from home may be available after an initial induction period by mutual agreement.

Winchester City Council’s HR apprenticeship scheme is a great way to gain valuable work experience while working towards a recognised qualification. Your time will be spent studying at Eastleigh College and working within the HR Team where you will have the opportunity to put your new skills to the test and learn about this diverse areas of our business. The council will fully support you in your learning and 20% ‘off the job’ training.

It is anticipated that you will commence employment with Winchester City Council up to 2 weeks prior to starting your course at Eastleigh College in September 2022.

4 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or higher including Maths and English.
