Our hubs are unique services for adults with learning, physical disabilities and people with complex health needs from across Wirral. The service supports individuals to participate in a wide range of sports, hobbies and social activities which are building and community based. The shared focus is to provide supported personalised activities or sensory experiences for clients to fulfil their desired outcomes.
A variety of jobs and hours have become available to provide care and support to people with PMLD (physical and mental learning disabilities) at a variety of our locations. The ideal candidates for these roles would have previous experience of supporting people with PMLD however, training and development would be provided including an induction programme.
The successful candidates will be joining a vibrant and motivated team who will contribute to providing high quality care and support on a daily basis (Monday to Friday) whilst supporting colleagues in other senior roles in a variety of duties. These roles are a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are caring, dedicated, passionate and who strive to provide an excellent level of care. Through a wide variety of activities, they will support people to engage and maximise their potential and achieve their outcomes through sensory experiences including a hydrotherapy pool.
These posts are fixed term for 12 months, subject to pending organisation review, may have potential to be extended or made permanent.

As per government guidelines, for the safety of themselves, our workforce and the vulnerable people we support, successful candidates must wear the required PPE (personal protective equipment) for this role including masks.
