You will provide a first contact response for our Environmental Health Service, providing a high quality service to all telephone callers, dealing effectively and courteously with all customer enquiries and resolving the bulk of these immediately.
You will also carry out a range of administrative tasks arising from customer contacts, liaising where required with colleagues from other parts of the organisation.
This post is a full time role. However, all applications will be considered.
