Year 5 Teacher

Required from 1st September 2022, the Governors of Kings Meadow Primary school wish to appoint an experienced, outstanding Year 5 teacher who has the necessary skills, energy and dedication to join our wonderful school and help move provision to the next level. The post is initially offered as a one-year fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an outstanding teacher, passionate about education and dedicated to maintaining and continuing to improve our standards with high expectations of pupil attainment; 
• Has experience of teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 and a developed understanding of the expectations of KS2 SATs;
• Is caring, highly inclusive and committed to ensuring all children reach their full potential;
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of an effective team.
