An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and organised Business Support Officer to join the Adoption Partnership South East in the Business Support Team.  You will be working with the Recruitment and Assessment Team providing administrative support to assist in the smooth running of the service.

Your role will consist of dealing with adoption applications which involves handling sensitive information.  You will be required to send out multi-agency checks for prospective adopters and continually monitor progress to ensure timely responses.   You will be required to manage data and should therefore have good IT skills.

You must be able to proactively manage your workload and support the wider team whilst responding to urgent requests and deadlines.  You will also need to demonstrate a confident manner in liaising with members of the public and professionals. 

The role is a hybrid role with some working from home and office based.   The post is subject to a Standard Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
