Team Leader, Neighbourhood Housing

Are you interested in a role in within our Neighbourhood Housing Team as a Team Leader?  It is an exciting time to join the team. You will have the opportunity to help improve the service, work across a range of different cases and support a number of new projects and initiatives.

Neighbourhood Housing provide a range of housing services including tenancy sustainment, enforcement, estate management across Retirement Housing. The team are responsible for the effective management of and commitment to partnership working, engaging with our local and national agencies.

We are looking for an energetic and inspiring team leader who can manage our teams supporting the operational delivery, providing customer focussed solutions in response to complex tenancy issues, whilst building and maintaining positive working relationships both internally and externally. Your effective leadership will also help support the improvement of customer satisfaction amongst our diverse range of tenants.

You will know how to get the best out of your team through coaching and performance management, be comfortable managing and implementing change and have the communication skills it takes to effectively inform and influence others.
