Fund Allocation Assistant

Fixed term contract from June to September 2022

We are looking for 2 Fund Allocation Assistants to join our temporary team, dealing with the new government initiatives towards the cost of living rises; Council Tax Energy Rebate Payments and Household Support Fund payments.  

You will need excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail in order to deal with the very large number of applications and payments the team will be processing in the next few months.

You will need to accurately log incoming applications and payments on processing spreadsheets and assist system staff with setting up and reconciling payments. You may also need to assist customers with completing online application forms over the phone
