About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work within the busy Housing team as the Lead Professional for anti-social behaviour. Effective management of anti-social behaviour is a high priority for the team, with a focus on resident satisfaction.
You will be enthusiastic and a keen team player, with up to date knowledge of current legislation. You will provide support and advice to the housing teams in anti-social behaviour case management and investigation, taking the lead in higher level enforcement action, including preparation for and attendance at court. You will be key in managing stakeholder relationships with other agencies including the police.
