Assistant Headteacher

As Assistant Headteacher you will play a key role in driving the school forward alongside the Executive Headteacher and current Leadership Team, as we continue to rapidly accelerate progress through our high standards and expectations.

Applications are invited from successful or aspiring Assistant Headteachers who can demonstrate

• High quality leadership and management in an education role
• The ability to enable pupils to achieve the highest possible standards and attainment
• Working effectively with staff, parents, governors and the community
• A commitment to continuous professional development
• Previous experience of working within KS1 would be highly advantageous for this role

Whilst this position is based at Park View Academy, the successful candidate will become a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team which covers both Park View and Blacklow Brow Primary School (our partner school). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic team and make a tangible influence across our schools.
