Starting salary £28,514pa with potential progression to £31,092pa on achieving designated skills and experience

The Community Partnerships Team has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and outgoing person to join our team as a Youth Partnership Officer.
The team works in the community to deliver initiatives, events and programmes to support young people, sports development, community safety and community grants.
The role of Youth Partnerships Officer is to manage, coordinate and deliver a wide range of projects, campaigns, and events such as the Youth Awards and Big Summer. You will work both directly with young people and engage key stakeholders, such as schools and Herts County Council.
You will be an excellent team player and work well under pressure. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be able to multi-task in a fast moving environment. You will need excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects.
You must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and will be expected to complete Safeguarding Vulnerable People Training to Level Two.
