We are looking to appoint a dedicated, confident and passionate Team Leader for our new Early Years Social Communication Difficulties Resource Base.

 

The candidate must have a level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare and Education and proven experience with working with children with SEN needs.

 

The post is permanent, 35 hours per week, term-time only plus Inset days - Required September 2022

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an outstanding practitioner with good working knowledge of the EYFS who is prepared to motivate children to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Be able to meet the diverse needs of our children and ensure inclusive practice.
  • Be experienced at a supervisory level within an Early Years setting.
  • Able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of working with children with SEND needs.
  • Have experience with working with external agencies including completing relevant paper work.
