Overview: This is a great opportunity to join a successful, high performing Team, in an ambitious Council that is always striving to move forward.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Business Analyst working within Digital Services delivering a variety of projects within a portfolio of over £30m over the next 5 years. These projects seek to deliver a wide range of services to over 350k residents. Programmes within the portfolio include ERP, Unified communications, Platform consolidation, End user compute, Cyber security in addition to continuous improvement of existing services. Technologies used are as varied as the programmes we deliver including a cloud first approach, SaaS, PaaS, TaaS so prior experience in any of these would be welcome though we also encourage you to learn and develop throughout your career within Enfield. You will also be working closely with various areas of the Business to help them adopt new technologies and ways of working rather than adapting the technology to work in their current ways.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Portfolio & Projects within Digital Services, you will be instrumental in delivering a BA team who can deliver key elements of portfolio delivery through, mapping and designing new processes, developing and delivering user research, customer journeys, functional and non functional requirements, user stories, design technology requirements, workflows and information flows as part of the Digital Capital Investment Portfolio.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
Responsible for resource and performance management of a team of business analysts.
Responsible for ensuring that external partners deliver artefacts of appropriate standards and compliance
Key point of contact in the Business Analysis team.
Responsible for capturing, developing and delivering user requirements.
Investigating, analysing, articulating and solving complex problems.
Identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement.
Develop business cases for digital, data and technology transformational change.
Contribute to making the Strategic Portfolio and Projects team a centre of excellence and lead by example.
Drive standards and compliance to meet ISO standards and ITILV4
