This role is ensuring the smooth running of all Planning and Housing Register applications received by the Council. You’ll be responsible for registering, validating and initial processing of these applications to ensure that the correct procedures are followed so attention to detail will be key element of this role.
You’ll be able to manage your own workload and demonstrate tact & diplomacy whilst dealing with our customers.
Knowledge of Planning and Housing services is desirable however, full training on specific process & legislation will be given.
Key elements of the role include:

- Valuable IT skills
- High level of organisation
This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our roles where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
